Join award-winning pastry chef Emily Spurlin in a playful Valentine’s Day cake workshop. In this class, you’ll learn how to layer, fill, frost and decorate a heart-shaped layer cake with vintage-inspired piping. At the end of the class, and you get to take your cake home to share with lovers and friends! Read more below and fill out the form to secure your spot.

In this class, I’ll teach you how to build, fill, and frost a heart-shaped cake, followed by how to pipe a simple and elegant vintage-inspired buttercream design. Each of you will receive a cake to frost and decorate with your own vintage design.

All supplies and tools are provided
a box to take your cake home in
The class may be a little messy so I recommend bringing an apron, or wear clothes you don’t mind getting icing on
Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
Class will go for about 3 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run a bit under or over.
Masks required!
BYOB - we will have some non-alc bevs but please feel free to bring whatever you’d like to enjoy!

Cancellation Policy:
I know things happen and life sneaks up on you! I also need to respect the energy and time I put into baking for each student and buying the supplies needed for the class. I can’t give refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the class, but you can pass your seat onto a friend.
